With at least 6 months experience within an IT Support role, you will be responsible for providing IT Support (windows desktop & server environment, MS Office, networking, IT peripherals) for a small but expanding team. You will also be responsible for IT admin tasks, such as adding/deleting users, adding access rights, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for Windows desktop and server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the administration of Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and permissions.
- Support and maintain email systems, ensuring smooth and secure communication across the organization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in the configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's data and systems. Assist in the regular review and update of security policies.
Your Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows desktop and server environments, Active Directory, and email systems.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and security practices.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and concise technical support to non-technical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the success of the IT department.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
