Responsibilities of the Service Designer
Leading the Service and Organisational Design Process on 1-2 projects.
They will contribute to the design and ongoing transformation of the HR People Consultancy team and its offer to services.
The Senior People Consultant will be highly proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement and a driver for change.
This will include co-design of the packages of employment relation support to the organisation, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders.
