You'll contact individuals with outstanding parking charges, negotiate payments, and make secure resolutions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and use email/SMS to reach individuals with unpaid parking debt.
You will work to recover debts on behalf of the companies clients, utilising a customer-focused approach to resolve payment issues while adhering to company policies.
As an Outbound Debt Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals with outstanding arrears, negotiating payment terms, and securing payment.
This role will be based on site in Manchester (Denton) but Hybrid working can considered upon completion of probation.
Handling inbound queries relating to a wide range of topics.
The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers over the telephone, addressing their questions, resolving any complaints and providing essential support or their account.
