The Database Manager will ensure data quality, compliance with regulations, and the effective use of data for insights and decision-making.
The Database Manager is responsible for managing and developing the critical database systems used by the organisation to support its fundraising and marketing efforts in response to global disasters.
This role is responsible for managing and developing the organisation's CRM system (Salesforce) to support fundraising and marketing activities.
The Data Management Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert on the creation of Management Information across all services, becoming part of a Centre of Excellence.
The role has an operational focus on 'hard services' areas of CAFM / IWMS, ensuring that internal customer needs are identified, understood and put into practice to provide a comprehensive single source of operation and information and ensure best practice use of available technology.
Duties and responsibilities
- Recommend and create MI reports to meet requirements for all service areas and for all audiences, becoming the Subject Matter Expert on data and insight activities.
