A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Asset Data Manager to lead the development and implementation of their Decarbonisation Strategy. This role is vital in managing the organisation's energy data and ensuring the efficiency of its modelling systems.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the organisation's Decarbonisation Strategy.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of asset and energy data, integrating it within the Building Information Modelling (BIM) system.
- Lead compliance efforts across energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives.
- Prepare and contribute to funding bids, such as ECO and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of housing stock and decarbonisation projects.
- Ensure alignment with current legislation, regulations, and best practices.
**Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in asset data management and compliance.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in BIM and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
