Kennedys are seeking an MDM File Administrator to be a part of our newly established global Master Data Management (MDM) team.
This newly created role will be based in Sheffield.
You will be responsible for updating the cash book with bank transactions, reconciling bank statements, updating excel, completing the monthly payment run, updating the cash flow forecast, printing invoices batching and coding, working closely with the wider finance team, liaising with suppliers and investigating/resolving queries and ensuring purchase ledger deadlines are met.

Administrator / Administrative Assistant who has excellent interpersonal, communication and numeracy skills, with good IT proficiency, is required for well-established company based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
TRAINING PROVIDED - This role involves general office administration duties and assisting the finance/accounts team with credit control.
Previous credit control and customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
