We are currently partnering with a highly regarded firm based in Liverpool in their search for a Credit Controller Assistant. this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration experience, with a keen interest in moving into Collection/Credit Control. The role will be apart of a small and friendly collections team. Key Responsibility: Dealing the credit control inbox, ensuring all queries are cleared. Resolve any credit control issues or queries preventing settlement of debt. Production of regular reports and monitoring daily cash collection targets. Creating, formatting, and editing documents and presentations according to firm standards; managing correspondence including emails, letters, memos, and reports. General assistance to the Credit Control Manager and Revenue Controllers with ad hoc projects as required. Knowledge Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a law firm or legal environment. Fmiliarity with legal terminology, docuents, and procedures is advantageous.

Patience with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. To be confident negotiator, able to interact with customers with a profession yet persuasive approach. Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Excellent administrative ability. Good attention to detail.
