We are seeking a Junior Credit Controller or Credit Control Assistant to support our Credit Control Manager. The ideal candidate will be engaging with clients to confirm payment schedules and must possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position with the potential for growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the Credit Control Manager in managing and collecting payments.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to confirm when payments will be made.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and payment schedules.
  • Assist in resolving any payment discrepancies or issues.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Iris and Microsoft Office Suite.
