Description
The Credit Control Assistant duties include:
- Set up new customer records
- Using multiple portals for invoices
- Chase outstanding remittances.
- Allocation of remittances onto system
- Weekly age debt reports
- Chasing outstanding payment by telephone
- Set up payment plans
- Work towards month-end deadlines
Profile
The candidate MUST have:
- Relevant experience in a credit control assistant/administrative role.
- Patience with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- To be confident negotiator, able to interact with customers with a profession yet persuasive approach.
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent administrative ability.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively as a member of a team
