Page Personnel are currently working alongside a well-known and rapidly growing business recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant to join their busy Accountancy function in Liverpool**.** This is on a full-time permanent basis. Hybrid position with 2 days working from home.

Description

The Credit Control Assistant duties include:

  • Set up new customer records
  • Using multiple portals for invoices
  • Chase outstanding remittances.
  • Allocation of remittances onto system
  • Weekly age debt reports
  • Chasing outstanding payment by telephone
  • Set up payment plans
  • Work towards month-end deadlines

Profile

The candidate MUST have:

  • Relevant experience in a credit control assistant/administrative role.
  • Patience with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • To be confident negotiator, able to interact with customers with a profession yet persuasive approach.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent administrative ability.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively as a member of a team

Job Offer
