We are currently partnering with a highly regarded firm based in Liverpool in their search for a Credit Controller Assistant. this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration experience, with a keen interest in moving into Collection/Credit Control. The role will be apart of a small and friendly collections team.
Key Responsibility:
- Dealing the credit control inbox, ensuring all queries are cleared.
- Resolve any credit control issues or queries preventing settlement of debt.
- Production of regular reports and monitoring daily cash collection targets.
- Creating, formatting, and editing documents and presentations according to firm standards; managing correspondence including emails, letters, memos, and reports.
- General assistance to the Credit Control Manager and Revenue Controllers with ad hoc projects as required.
Knowledge
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a law firm or legal environment.
- Fmiliarity with legal terminology, docuents, and procedures is advantageous.
