Senior Account Handler

They are now looking for a Senior Account Handler to join the team.
Company Overview
I'm partnered with a very successful and Independent Insurance Broker, with a very strong network and rapidly growing portfolio of Clients within the Commercial, Property & Construction arena.
To ensure that claims are handled efficiently and that payment for valid claims is made to policyholders, whilst being vigilant and aware of potential fraudulent activity.
You may be required to coordinate third party services that may be required by policyholders following an accident or incident, and should take pride in working in an effective, efficient way being mindful of your client's circumstance.
Main Duties
Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner, dealing with the query as appropriate and gathering relevant information from the customer and entering it into the Company computer systems, as appropriate.
The book currently stands around the £200k income mark and made up of SME to mid market business, with premiums up to £10k, and this would be the area you would be tasked with finding and winning new clients in too.
We are currently recruiting for a well-known brand of an ambitious broking group, who now seek to appoint a Commercial Account Executive, to come on board to take over and manage a book of business, with the remit to both retain and grow this.
Full Account Handling support will also be provided, with a team of very experienced Handlers.
