Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation, are actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations at a site located in Burnley.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the short term project, including planning, execution, resource management, and customer interface.
Key Accountabilities
Plan, execute, and oversee M&E installations including energy centres, air source heat pumps, plant room modifications, pipe work, electrical changes, PV solar, and battery storage.

Management accounts produced on time and reviewed to highlight variances to budget/forecast; to include accruals, prepayments, analysis of accounts and key P&L reconciliations.
General
This role will supervise a small junior finance team in the production of end to end management accounts for a group entity.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant at Manager level to join my clients internal finance function on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including monthly management accounts journals, firm-wide overheads, core function reporting, balance sheet reporting, and ad-hoc projects/reporting.
