Job Title: Finance Manager - Part-Time

Location: Skelmersdale

Pay Bracket: £40,000 - £50,000 (Pro-Rata)

We are working well-established company specialising in the manufacturing of product for clients throughout the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and exposure opportunities. This role will report to the directors, you will be responsible for managing our accounts department on a day-to-day basis.

Your main roles and responsibilities:

  • Management of both the AP / AR functions of the business
  • Support other team members in all areas of transactional finance.
  • Submission of HMRC Returns including those for VAT & Payroll etc
  • Preparing Reports for Senior Leadership Team
  • Production of Management accounts.
  • Reconciliation of the balance sheet.
  • Reporting of daily and weekly KPIs
  • Upkeep of fixed assets list
  • Producing and posting accruals & prepayments.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Part Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in high volume industry
  • Knowledge of Sage/Xero/Similar Accounts Package
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
