OA are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Team Lead to join a reputable business that has a portfolio of clients across FMCG, Financial Services and leading brands.
Monday Friday 8am 9pm; Saturday 8am 7pm
This role will be based in their Edgware offices on a temporary to permanent basis.
I have an exciting and interesting Facilities Helpdesk Co-ordinator role based in Central London within a prestigious organisation, working in a supportive and professional yet fun team.
This is a temporary position, initially for 2 months plus, with the working hours set in 2 shifts: 7:00AM to 16:00 or 10:00 to 19:00.
The successful candidate will be working in modern, plush offices which are less than 2 minutes' walk to public transport.
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be an internal coordinator within the Customer Service department and responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to inform, motivate, and engage customer service team.
You will work closely with the team manager and other departments to ensure transparent and effective communication within the organization and external stakeholders.
You will work for a global high end furniture company, who have a Central London office made up of a diverse, supportive and fun Customer Service team who speak many different European languages.
