A global FTSE listed multinational are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation and building salary ranges.
This role is a FTC - 9-12 months and offers highly flexible working from home environment.
To be considered for the role you will need to have demonstrable experience within the compensation space, ideally from within a corporate environment within financial/professional services, though previous insurance market experience is not essential.
