Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist

This fast-growing business is looking for a Reward & Benefits specialist to join their small team. You will play a key role in driving global benefit and wellbeing initiatives to support the firm's mission to help everyone be their best.

You will ensure the high-quality management of the firm's global insurance policies and other benefit offerings. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to assist the Senior Reward Manager during the annual compensation cycle, pulling together internal/external data for Leadership consideration.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Full management of the firm's insurances for both employees and partners, including:

  • Group Income Protection/Group Life Assurance/Terminal Illness & Permanent Total Disability insurance/Critical Illness/Private Medical Insurance.

  • Managing all insurance/benefit communications within the firm, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Management of risk policy claims.

  • Building relationships with appointed benefit/insurance vendors and brokers.

  • Benchmarking data for the global compensation review.

  • Participation in salary surveys and summarising for the line management/ end users of that data.

  • Assistance with bonus review and spreadsheet management, liaison with Group Heads

  • Proactively design and execute wellbeing projects and initiatives globally.

  • Drive new initiatives to support mental, physical and financial wellbeing.

  • Design new processes to facilitate feedback.

  • Manage the logistics for any wellbeing events, e.g. Mental Health Awareness Week

  • Working closely with the Firm's Mental Health Allies, to promote their support services and run any relevant events.

  • Managing all wellbeing benefits for partners and employees.

Experience required:

  • Strong benefits management experience (including understanding of benefits management and claims)
  • Experience of reward, salary benchmarking, collating data, involvement during a compensation cycle
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/pivot table, IF statement essential, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience of executing wellbeing initiatives

This is a permanent position which offers hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office.
