We are currently working on behalf of a global insurer who are urgently looking for a compensation analyst to join their fantatsic HR team. This role will be a stand alone posiiton so will come with direct access to senior leadership both in the UK and Internationally and therefore requires an individual with the gravitas, knowledge and confidence to work at this level.
To be considered for the role you will need to have demonstrable experience within the compensation space, ideally from within a corporate environment within financial/professional services, though previous insurance market experience is not essential. This will be a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has created a good grouoding in this space and now looking for a new challenge where they will be taking more of a lead role.
