A global FTSE listed multinational are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation and building salary ranges.
This role is a FTC - 9-12 months and offers highly flexible working from home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global grading, compensation and benefits harmonisation project across a range of workstreams
- Support the design and implementation of a new job architecture framework
- Develop and maintain new salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity considerations
- Conduct market research and benchmarking
- Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters
- Analyse compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustment
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst ideally with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Job Architecture, and Salary Range Building
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS (Workday and Success Factors) and compensation software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus
