As Commercial Development Manager, your role will be to drive commercial value into Transport and Distribution through the delivery of organic, efficiency and new business growth.
About the Job
This role will work closely with operational and planning stakeholders within Transport, whilst forging an integral interface with internal Sales and Business Development functions.
As a Commercial Manager, you will take charge of the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of projects or a significant single project.
Your role will include overseeing the management and development of project surveyors, as well as trainee and assistant surveyors, ensuring the successful commercial execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Analysis & Negotiation: Conduct thorough analysis of proposed contract terms, recommending alternative terms where necessary to mitigate risks.
