As part of a growing sales team, you will manage the sales process for a number of exciting projects, overseeing the process through all stages, working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience with project sales, account management and project management,
  • Passionate and energic with a generative leadership style
  • Driven, proactive and ambitious with the ability to encourage these behaviours in others
  • A strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing relationships with a wide variety of clients
  • Strong track record of success building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable in managing projects, ensuring external contractors deliver
  • Highly articulate and a clear communicator
  • Flexible and agile, able to adapt to the needs of the business

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the Operations and Commercial Director to define strategies for future growth
  • Working with key business stakeholders to develop working relationships
  • Working with Sales Teams to understand annual strategies and budgets, working on training plans and incentives to drive deliveries of these
  • Developing quarterly plans for Sales Account Managers and offering clear direction and support
  • Key contact for eternal clients and contractors completing complex projects
  • Supporting Head Office teams to develop and enhance the existing business training model
  • Manage, monitor and develop the performance of contractors to finish projects on time
  • Manage agreed departmental budgets
