This is a fast-paced and varied position where you will be managing a team of 10 people to provide first line support to their partners in schools, responding to all enquiries, problem solving and listening to customers to find the best solution.
We are delighted to be supporting an innovative technology company in their search for a Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for delivering first class customer service, who is inquisitive, can manage a team and enjoys investigating problems.
Support and develop the Community Partnership Network including identifying local community-embedded specialists to provide, products and services that are funded and non-funded, developing a diverse directory of services for participants to select from to address any barriers to work identified.
The role involves working strategically with JCP, Maximus Operations staff and also being responsible for a number of CPN partners.
The directory of suppliers will be subject to due diligence to meet quality standards as well as ongoing customer feedback.
