Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a full service integrated marketing agency.

A data-driven doer, able to work collaboratively across an integrated agency to drive the activation of digital strategies. You'll be predominantly focused on organic and paid social media, performance marketing, search-engine optimisation, and email marketing.

You'll be calm and responsible, a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels and an ability to work with cross-functional teams. A friendly team player, with a positive attitude, who has a passion for delivering measurable results based on data and insight.

You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, proposing innovative digital solutions, driving customer acquisition and retention, and optimising digital marketing performance across our client portfolio and the agency itself.

Position Purpose

You'll be responsible for developing, activating, and improving comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the agency's goals and client's business objectives.

You'll work within an agency of marketing specialists, managing multiple client campaigns and projects, ensuring the seamless integration of digital tactics across various platforms.

Your role is vital for delivering data-driven marketing solutions that drive growth, using analytics and insight to suggest creative ways of working to improve performance and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performance marketing: Overseeing paid media strategies including PPC, display, and social advertisements, optimising for ROI and high conversion rates. You'll analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
  2. SEO and content: Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic. You'll collaborate with content specialists to optimise content for SEO and user engagement.
  3. Strategic planning, research, and execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, performance marketing, email, and search-engine optimisation. You'll work across departments, executing integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  4. Social media: Create, manage, and optimise both organic and paid social media content, building loyal communities for our clients that drive engagement and conversion. You'll play a part in developing social strategies that make an impact.
  5. Email marketing: Create, manage and deliver email marketing campaigns including data segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. You'll ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and drive engagement.

Other Duties:

  • Lead on client campaign meetings and project updates, fostering a positive, collaborative relationship
  • Pay great attention to detail, continually challenging the brief
  • Ensure that all digital marketing projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Efficiently managing and optimising digital marketing and paid media budgets
  • Keeping up to date on digital and social trends, breakthroughs and updates
  • Proofing and amending digital content, making sure its fit for purpose and meeting best practice standards
  • Maximising digital brand presence, for both our client and their clients, ensuring brand consistency across all communications
  • Motivate and mentor the marketing team members, working together to deliver excellent results
  • Reviewing and reporting on all areas of digital marketing strategies and campaigns, using data to inform future communication activity
  • Provide detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting opportunities, trends, and performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, alongside the Head of Strategy, for clients on digital marketing matters, providing strategic advice and updates
  • Work closely with client services team to ensure client happiness and campaign alignment
  • Working on client brand and digital audits, offering creative, data-led solutions
  • Collaborating with team members across all departments to uncover insights and create new ways of working
  • Promoting and embedding strong leadership, demonstrating the agency's values
  • Identify target audiences, set campaign objectives, and define robust KPIs for digital activity
  • Oversee the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns
