Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a care business based near Enfield, who are looking for an organised Operations Administrator to join a growing business.
Duties
Oversee the use of the organisation's rota-management system, ensuring that it is used effectively to streamline the rota creation and management process.
This includes training staff on how to use the system and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various contractors, acting as the administrative liaison between clients, project managers, and contractors on-site.
In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to site managers and operatives, working both independently and as part of a team.
You may also manage Alandale's Delivery Booking Management System (ABDM) and produce detailed statistical reports for clients and supervisors or managers on-site.
