Group Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Group Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Waltham Cross
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed)
Salary: £35,000 per annum, with annual pay reviews

Responsibilities:

  • Source and select candidates for operational and office roles across the Group.
  • Collaborate with management to create job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including interviews, assessments, and feedback.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
  • Handle candidate onboarding, ensuring all documentation and checks are completed.
  • Support recruitment events such as open days and job fairs.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience in Warehouse/Transport sectors (essential).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Right to Work checks and recruitment systems.
