We have a new position open for a Customer Services Representative / Helpdesk Consultant to join our leading financial helpdesk, either in our Investment or Pension department.
This is not a sales role.
You'll be the first point of contact for our 1.8 million clients and support them through inbound calls and written correspondence.
Provide professional surveying services and project management, particularly those involving structural, dimensional and topographical surveys and design solutions, to the City Council's stock of dwellings, buildings and land managed by Landlord Services.
