Client Services Administrator Role
You will be supporting the client services team in central Bristol and work alongside 2 other administrators to deliver customer services and answer enquiries from their existing client base. In this role, you'll manage high-volume customer communications while supporting businesses in their sustainability journey.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service inquiries via email and phone
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Client Services team
  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
  • Support businesses with their environmental initiatives
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of customer service professionals

**Requirements to become a Client Services Administrator

  • Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and time management
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Genuine interest in environmental sustainability
  • Previous experience in handling high-volume customer communications.
