The Role:
Join a dynamic International Benefits team as a Client Service Specialist!
You'll support an Account Manager and manage your own client portfolio, handling day-to-day tasks like resolving invoice queries, managing client updates, and escalating issues to ensure top-notch service.
You'll also prepare reports, conduct market reviews, and collaborate with insurance partners.
This role is mostly email and phone-based, with occasional client meetings.

Requirements:
- A willingness to learn about group healthcare policies, especially International PMI, Dental, and Travel schemes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Proactive in managing client portfolios, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Motivated to learn and grow in the corporate healthcare insurance field, with support for CII qualifications.
