This role is the first point of contact for customers in a small team of two.
Due to exciting expansion, this leading Biggleswade based organisation are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join their established team and play a key role to support business growth.
This is a busy role with varied daily duties where you will deliver the highest standards of customer care via telephone and email, resolving queries, administering bookings, raising delivery paperwork and other tasks as required.
£23,500 - £25,000 per annum - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Company Pension - Annual Bonus - Onsite parking
