Client Service Coordinator

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a rapidly growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients and overseeing projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will be organised, and confident on the phone with some previous experience in administration or customer service.

Key responsibilities for a Client Service Coordinator

  • Receiving, processing, and acting on job instructions and quotes
  • Assisting and supporting clients with enquiries via phone and email
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Using the CRM system to manage client requests, including quotations, job reports, and invoice preparation
  • Preparing reports for customers
  • Supporting the delivery of quotes according to customer specifications
  • Communicating with clients as needed and as directed
  • Coordinating with internal teams regarding parts and attendance requirements
