We are seeking a School Receptionist & Administrator with proficiency in SIMS to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact at the school, responsible for the daily administration of the school office and providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
They are seeking someone to work as part of a team that can keep on top of and maintain basic repairs, this would be including the likes of unblocking sinks, replace taps, change light bulbs, repair fixtures and fittings and conduct daily maintenance checks around the building / grounds but also to help set up rooms for meetings, assembly's, open days, take in deliveries and any other such related duties as needed.

Main duties of the Service Charge Accountant
Assisting Property Manager in preparing yearly service charge budgets.
Preparing monthly and quarterly client reporting: Client statements , cashflow, income and expenditure, and budget vs actual with relevant commentary for Director approval.

You will have working knowledge of Arbor school management information system.
Working closely with the Director of Business Operations and the Leadership team, you will manage pupil data, including admissions, and provide personal assistance to the Core Senior Leadership Team.
