Receptionist

Hours: 09:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday

My client is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing professional support to the office team and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team of Directors to efficiently handle various administrative tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office. Greet guests, provide refreshments, and arrange travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Collect and distribute mail, send documents via the post office, and coordinate long and short-haul courier services as the Receptionist.
  • Oversee filing, shredding, and the maintenance of office records in your role as Receptionist.
  • Reconcile monthly company expenses; experience in SAGE is a bonus.
  • Manage reception area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or within a similar role is required.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, making you an ideal Receptionist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
