You will be there to help on any problems or queries that arise from either Coverholders and TPA's or Underwriters.
Being responsible for a small team, duties include overseeing those individual accounts handled by each team member are serviced to a high standard and day-to-day work carried out accordingly, from receipt of monthly claims bordereau to remittance of funds due if applicable.
