The Software Developer, working within the Applications Team, is a key player in supporting the Business Processes Strategy: thriving for excellence, driving a culture of harmonisation & continuous improvement, and adding value to the Business.
The role will act as the primary contact for a set of dedicated applications, being accountable for the application lifecycle, including governance, maintenance, development, support, and control.
This role will develop, maintain and protect SHE standards within the business in accordance with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
Reporting to the site SHE Manager, the SHE Advisor will be responsible for promoting and upholding a positive health and safety culture throughout the business, focusing on both manufacturing and service.
The role will also be responsible for keeping employees safe, preventing harm and ill health and helping to achieve SHE KPI targets.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the quality management (management system and improvement needs) reaches all levels of the company, understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes, devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes and setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers, as well as monitoring their compliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background within heavy manufacturing, 5 years experience, any level of spanish language skills would be an added bonus but are by no means essential!
