About you:

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality consulting services that meets client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients and maximise revenue opportunities.

You are passionate about delivering high quality projects. You understand how to deliver solutions to our customers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Responsible for implementing software solutions in a controlled and repeatable manner, following an existing process or creating a new process where required.
  • Display ownership, responsibility and demonstrate good decision making to achieve project deliverables
  • Ability to co-ordinate activities with team members and customers on small scale projects
  • Identify Sales opportunities within the division and cross divisional opportunities and have a commercial awareness
  • Troubleshooting implementation issues to ensure a smooth transition from the build phase to everyday usage, whilst Identifying strategies to manage and mitigate risks effectively
  • Providing client education and training around the use of the Access Recruitment CRM software

  • A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates a high level of operational experience
  • A good understanding of recruitment processes and practices
  • Manage customer issues through to completion
  • Ability to identify system and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
