We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our growing Business Change team, leading the change management approach on a variety of strategic projects.

We have the opportunity for a Change Manager to join our Business Change Management department.
You will report to the Head of Business Change Management and will work with leaders, sponsors, and the Business Transformation Group across the portfolio of strategic change, and consult, drive and promote focus on our people so that our resulting delivery plans anticipate and navigate likely impacts.
To drive change by providing the business with an understanding the impacts of all change, driven externally or internally, on the business architecture, assigning delivery of change to operational teams and prioritising across the entire portfolio of change within the business.
The purpose of our new Head Of Business Change will lead the Barbon programme office, managing the business change portfolio to achieve the strategic goals set out in the five year plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project managers and business analyst to implement business change in the Barbon business.
The Workday/HRIS Change Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the change management strategy for Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimisations, predominantly for the UK region, but in close collaboration with the company's other entities in Europe.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HRIS systems (ideally Workday and its functionalities), along with proven experience in leading change management initiatives within a global, cross-cultural context.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and regional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are fully prepared and equipped to leverage the capabilities of Workday to support their business objectives.
The successful Business Change Manager will ensure that changes, whether they are related to processes, technologies, structures, or culture, are effectively planned, implemented, and embraced by the business.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week onsite with some flexibility.
