As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our catering operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and our clients are delighted with our service.
This is a hands-on role where you will assist in food preparation, service, and clean-up, working closely with our chefs and event managers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of food items, following food safety and hygiene standards.
You will have a previous experience within the hospitality and catering sector, own transport is also desired but not essential as most of the sites are easily accessible by public transport.
We have a variety of daytime, evening and weekend shifts available in the coming months.
We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals to join our established temporary team working in various Schools in Brighton and Surrounding area.
Food preparation to support production of menu items.
Sandwich and salad preparation.
