As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our catering operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and our clients are delighted with our service. This is a hands-on role where you will assist in food preparation, service, and clean-up, working closely with our chefs and event managers.

Salary: £12.00 per hour - weekly pay
Hours: Full-time/Part-time, Flexible hours available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Set up and arrange food displays and service areas at events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist with the packing and transportation of catering equipment and supplies to event locations.
- Ensure that kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Support with washing dishes, utensils, and equipment after events.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional long hours depending on event schedules.
- A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
