Mortgage Case Handler - Hybrid role based in Cardiff!

A specialist finance company based in Cardiff assisting client to secure funding solutions for bridging finance, development finance, commercial finance and buy to let mortgages.
Our client manages a portfolio of residential and commercial property stock.
Exciting hybrid opportunity in the Cardiff area to join the world of property (full training given), with a large organisation offering scope for career progression within the company and starting salary of £23,000 rising to £25,000 after probation period.
You will be working in their office in Cardiff four days a week Monday to Thursday and one day from home (Fridays).
Monitor and accurately record care calls, hours delivered, staff sickness levels and report to the manager on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate records are always maintained.
Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
Monitor and accurately record all late and/or missed calls and ensure that the manager is kept informed of all details on a weekly basis and that accurate records are maintained.

Operate on the front line of service delivery within a busy 24/7 contact centre environment working with some of the countries well know charities as well as smaller key charity, government and 3rd sector organisations.
Ensuring quality and performance levels meet and exceed expectations on challenging service lines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords during tenancy.

Due to an increase in Business levels they are looking to employ an experienced Property Manager to oversee and develop their portfolio consisting of 175 properties and 10 blocks (they are small with a maximum of 13 properties).
