Our client is looking for a number of experienced, empathetic case handlers who are comfortable answering queries either by phone or by written correspondence to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Do you have experience working in a complex remediation or redress programme in Financial Service?
Do you understand the complexities and sensitivities of remediation programmes and are comfortable speaking directly with claimants to listen and help them with all aspects of submitting their claim?
Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
The hourly rate on offer for this role dependant on experience will be £12 - £14PH
Robert Half is recruiting 5 Motor Claims Handlers on behalf of a growing insurance business.
The role will be 100% remote and will initially be for a period of 3 Months with the opportunity for extension at the end or even possibility to move into a permanent role within the business.
We need a caretaker to cover certain functions, which could include estate sweeping, cleaning communal spaces of blocks or assisting with bulky waste removal.
Ideally, we'd prefer someone with a current DBS certificate.
