We are looking for ambitious and motivated Fraud Customer Advisors to join our clients Fraud team that supports everyday banking customers.
You will be providing telephone support to identify and investigate fraudulent activity on current and savings accounts.
This is a fully remote role, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a condensed 4 day working week shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off.
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Agents with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project for a large UK Financial Services company, assisting with inbound calls and email queries from existing customers and preforming administrative activities.
When a Saturday is worked the time is given back in lieu.
Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday between the operational hours of 8am to 6pm, with alternate Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm.

This role includes working on Managing customer billing workflow, admin work, answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
Industry experience, Previous experience in call center environments, Superb customer services & communication skills, Good IT skills (especially Excel), Personable and engaging, Treating Customers Fairly.
Please note that this is a Voluntary role and therefore will be unpaid.
