I am recruiting for a leading UK business who are going through a busy growth period. We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team!
What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from customers in relation to billing queries
- Entering data into a spreadsheet
- Analysing data to resolve issues
- Liaising with 3rd parties to gain information
What do you need to apply?
- Experience in a phone based role
- Confident working from excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex queries
