To effectively manage the end-to-end job delivery highlighting any delays or issues and proactively seek a resolution via the contractors and escalating where appropriate to the Repairs Delivery Officer.
Working within the E-Commerce department you will be delivering a professional service to online customers & prospects by ensuring web orders are processed efficiently.
