This is a busy and highly rewarding telephony based role, handling high volume customer calls relating to a broad range of services including elections, waste, housing, parking and childrens service to name a few.
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:15pm - hybrid work, 2 days in the office.
This is a contract from August until January 2025.
