Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Services Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, demonstrating patience and understanding.
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace and customer interactions.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A customer service qualification or relevant vocational training.
  • Demonstrated understanding of equality and diversity principles in a customer service context.
