Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Twickenham (Office based)
Remuneration: Hourly rate £15.17 paye
Contract Details: Temporary Contract, 3 months, 36 hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone for the Public Sector team
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing accurate information and resolutions
- Demonstrate empathy while guiding customers through the voting process
- Accurately record customer interactions and details of inquiries for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with election regulations and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Utilise various systems and tools to process voter requests and update voter records
- Proactively identify and escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
