Our well-known client based in Great Baddow is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
As one of our Service & Complaints Advisors you will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn or build on their customer service and complaint handling abilities in a busy trade environment.

To ensure that all collections are receipted onto the debtor accounts daily via the operating system.

To deliver exceptional client service, maintain internal and client relationships and effectively identify any risks to prevent loss of income and reputation to our business.
