My client a well-established and leading membership body with over 7,500 members in UK and Internationally is currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor

The Role of Customer Service Advisor

To assist the development of plans to grow the membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement, and to increase the number of members professionally registered with Council.

A Key CRM user, responsible for membership enquiries via telephone and email, data entry, pre- and post-membership application administration, renewals, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

Streamlining application processes and delivery of welcome materials for new members. Handling and responding to incoming queries from existing and potential new members, and members of the public, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Responsibility for the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided, record-keeping accuracy.

Administration to support membership recruitment campaigns and staff who are frequently out on the road and in need of office-based back up to their activities.

Quarterly renewals process, ensuring process has run successfully in CRM and renewals invitations are distributed to members in a timely manner.

Processing membership payments through WorldPay, creating and sending links as required.

Using CRM to create reports to aid with key membership functions.

Producing and issuing paid invoices/ receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc/ as requested basis.
