Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Calling all enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals! We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic organisation in the customer service department. Our client is a fast-paced company, and they need someone like you to ensure excellent customer satisfaction!

What will you be doing?

  • Answering customer service telephone lines and providing exceptional support.
  • Processing customer orders via phone, fax, and email and entering them accurately into our company's system.
  • Assisting the transport department to ensure efficient and timely recording of deliveries onto our transport planning system.
  • Handling customer enquiries, resolving problems, and managing complaints with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborating with other team members to balance workload during busy periods and periods of absence.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested by senior department heads.
