This role is the first point of contact for customers in a small team of two.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR is responsible for meet & greet responsibilities ,answering incoming calls and administering all new bookings.

Communicates with clients about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues.
Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers.
Approaches transactions with sales-minded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to clients, including making clients aware of all packages and retail options available.
For the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR , you will need to be comfortable in a customer focussed environment.
In order to apply for the CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR you must have experience of working in the motor trade and therefore have some basic car knowledge.

You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.
To act as a professional welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, answering and directing all enquiries and messages as appropriate.

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist, most the time you will be based in Leighton Buzzard, however, there may be occassions where you would have to travel to other sites in Bedfordshire.

Approximately 16 hrs per week including 1 in 4 Saturdays (13 a year).
