The role is primarily responsible for helping to lead the build, issue, support and security aspects of mobile devices issued to colleagues and users throughout the Stores, Distribution Centres and Offices of Booker, found in various locations throughout the UK.
The IS Analyst for Mobile Devices within in the IS Workplace Systems team of Booker, and is responsible for delivering effective, secure and efficient mobile device management to help improve customer satisfaction and cash profit.
As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing the customer liaison team, will implement a framework for effective complaint management, ensure that all customer complaints are thoroughly investigated, and do root cause analysis to ensure lessons are learnt from service issues.

Supporting a small team of Technical Managers, your primary role will be to oversee a category of own-brand products, ensuring all of our due diligence systems and controls are maintained and appropriately recorded on our internal databases.
You will be working as a member of the warehouse team to receive, store, pick, stack and despatch ambient and chilled goods to a consistent high quality and in a safe efficient and effective manner.
This is full time working 40 hours per week on night ( 10pm to 6am).
The role is responsible for the day-to-day support of colleagues within these business teams, taking ownership, ensuring the resolution of problem tickets, and providing knowledge and expertise to key partners to support decision-making.
The role of IT Senior Analyst - Support and Transformation works within the IT team of Booker and is responsible for supporting and delivering effective, secure and efficient systems across the Trading, Finance, Operations and Branch teams.
